This will be a 20 minute consultation and we will go over the following Your goals Medical conditions, drug allergies and previous medical treatments Current medications, vitamins, herbal supplements, alcohol, tobacco and drug use Previous surgeries Evaluate your general health and any preexisting health conditions or risk factors Examine your body and take detailed measurements Take photographs for your before and after Discuss your options and recommend a package or service that will best fit you

Cancelation Policy

To cancel and reschedule you must cancel within 24 hours before your appointment. No exceptions There will be a $50 cancellation fee.
